  • ·       Master degree in “Mindfulness: Practice, Clinics and Neuroscience”.
  • ·       Member of the College of Italian Psychologists.
  • ·       Specialist (Quadrennial Postgraduate School) in Cognitive-Behaviour Psychotherapy (Psy.D.)
  • ·       Member of the Italian Society of Behaviour and Cognitive Therapy, SITCC (Società Italiana di Terapia Comportamentale e Cognitiva).
  • ·       Mindfulness-based interventions Instructor (MBSR and MBCT).
  • ·       ACT trainer (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Activities: 

She is interested in the topics of forgiveness, acceptance and mindfulness both for promoting pro-social behaviours/preventing distress and for treating clinical problems, in children, adolescents and adults.
