Biography
Academic career: 

Head teacher at the Liceo Scientifico Statale "A. Labriola "- Rome, currently Ph.D. in the Ph.D. Program in" Social Psychology, Educational Development and Research "at the" Sapienza "University of Rome.

School Headmaster  since 2013 of the "A. Labriola "of Ostia, I received many operational appreciations from numerous school communities, for the successful implementation of the DADA project (Didactics for Learning Environments), (See www.liceolabriola.it or www.scuoledada.it) Among the pedagogical-didactic ideas I try to create and disseminate: the training of the educator as "Per-sona educante" (with the motto "from DADA to Dadaumpa", indicating the continuous search for a true professional identity) "Pedagogy of joy" ", The" Recipe of happiness "as didactic, the realization of the" Learning Building ". I created the series of meetings for the families "Dialogues with the aliens" and the conferences on "Heretical Didactics and Orthodox Parenting. For almost 20 years I have been successfully dealing with training for teachers and school managers on topics ranging from inclusive teaching to soft skills, from "learning leadership" to school innovation, as well as the management of complex organizations, inspired by the concept of "principal" widespread "and of school as an educational community

Activities and researches
Activities: 

 

Two Grammar Schools, “A. Labriola” and “J. F. Kennedy”, started the DADA project in the school year 2014/2015: the schools work per “schoolroom as a learning environment”, being the schoolroom assigned to one or two teachers of the same subject, and the rotation of the school classes when the subject changes.

The peculiarity of DADA rests in its pervasiveness and inevitable involvement of all members of teaching communities who decided to adopt it (headmasters, teachers, students, families, and so on).

For this reason the DADA model worked above all as an “innovation incubator” for the several indirect and systemic effects it generated.
